Key Points 90 yr old lady with circumferential extensive recurring leg ulcer of mixed aetiology. Previous wound swab indicated pseudomonas and heavy haemolytic Strep G, later developed cellulitis. Initially dressings being changed twice daily and strikethrough apparent within few hours of dressing change.

Key Points The management of a 49 year old lady who is morbidly obese and has a 14 year history of venous leg ulceration to her left leg. This lady suffered with recurrent cellulitis, severe pain, multiple sensitivities and the condition of the surrounding skin due to eczema and psoriasis. It was decided to evaluate Suprasorb X+PHMB for its pain relieving and antimicrobial properties.
