Key Points	An evaluation of a 58 year old obese lady with large bilateral venous leg ulcers. She owned a florist shop and stood for many hours. She was unable to tolerate compression and many wound dressings caused her extreme pain. She was managed with Suprasorb X+PHMB for a week to control the colonisation of bacteria followed by Flivasorb to absorb the high levels of exudate in combination with reduced compression.
