Paul Nordon – Regional Business Manager (South)

Paul Nordon is our Regional Business Manager for the South of the UK and South Wales. He manages a team of 10, the purpose of which is to achieve business growth for Activa at territory level. Paul joined us more than seven years ago.

He states that his desire to join the Activa team was inspired both by the philosophy of the company, which he felt he could identify with and, in addition by his admiration for Activa’s commitment to training along with the range of unique products in their portfolio.

Indeed, having now worked with Activa for a significant period, Paul has found that he is still impressed with us! He feels that the company has developed significantly over the past seven years and, moreover, that it continues to develop.

Perhaps,most importantly, Paul has found that he has stronger relationships with his colleagues at Activa than he has ever experienced in previous companies, and believes that the personal commitment which employees feel toward the company is a huge factor behind it’s continuing success.In short, Paul describes Activa as simply ‘a lovely company to work for’.

Paul believes that Activa has a ‘winning mentality’ and a determination to succeed, and he believes that it is this quality which has resulted in Activa’s historical and current high ranking in The Sunday Times Top 100 Small Companies to work for.

Paul admires the determination of the directors of the company to succeed through their employees, and believes that the mutual respect between directors and employees is the recipe which makes the company great.

Needless to say, Paul is thrilled to work for Activa, and hopes to do so for some years to come.
